Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all work carried out by Flex Business Support (“I”, “me”, “my”) for clients (“you”, “your”).
By engaging my services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Flex Business Support provides practical administrative, digital, and light project support to small businesses and sole traders.
Services may include (but are not limited to):
- General admin support
- Digital setup and tidy-ups
- Process organisation
- AI and automation support for everyday admin
- Short-term or ongoing assistance
The exact scope of work will be agreed before work begins.
2. Engagement & Scope
- Work is carried out on an agreed scope or task basis
- Any changes to scope will be discussed before proceeding
- I may decline work that falls outside my expertise or capacity
3. Fees & Billing
- Work is billed hourly
- Minimum charge: 1 hour
- Time is tracked in good faith
- Invoices are issued after work is completed unless agreed otherwise
- Payment terms: [e.g. 7 days from invoice date]
4. Ongoing Support
Ongoing or repeat work may be agreed if useful, but there is no obligation on either party to continue beyond each agreed task.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and access where required
- Respond in a timely manner where your input is needed
- Ensure you have the right to grant access to any systems or data
6. Remote Access
If remote access to your systems is required:
- Access will only be used for agreed work
- You are responsible for providing and revoking access
- I am not responsible for pre-existing issues within your systems
7. Confidentiality
I treat all client information as confidential and will not knowingly share it with third parties, except where required by law.
8. Data Protection
I aim to handle all data responsibly and in line with UK data protection principles. Clients remain responsible for their own data compliance unless otherwise agreed.
9. Liability
While I take care in all work, I cannot accept liability for indirect loss, system failures, or third-party services outside my control.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement at any time. Any completed work will be billed accordingly.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
